The point is to understand that yes, this, but that they are not smarter. They are just willing to use deception, violence, coercion, nepotism, tribalism against you, while the average White person plays *everyone is equal*.
It doesn't matter if you are 20% better at your job. The amount of intelligence and competence you are above the other person is negligible if he gets the job because he is one of their tribe and you are not. Mediocre is good enough to do most jobs well enough.
