While i still have some downfalls with it and it costed me, it also taught me alot.

Having both a taste for it and one for health, alcohol taught me to pretty much get my diet and exercise in perfect line in order to go on with it. I dropped sugars and bad carbs totally.

So the day i finally drop it for good the rest is already taken care of.
