I kind of feel this is society's fault. There is personal responsibility in play, but in this instance, I can extend some empathy to the normies. What's inexcusable is people being satisfied with the status quo. Like these normies are content becoming serfs when a couple decades ago we had abundance.
We can't just do things solely because they're "good". It needs to be doable. Not easy, but not hard either. Being healthy isn't supposed to be "hard" or something that needs to be forced through sheer will.
This was one of my red pills about "hard work".
"Work hard" in these modern nigger zones and you're guaranteed to come home to a dark apartment, and smoke and drink the years away.
Be a borderline bum in the woods and all of sudden you have time to jog, cycle, hike and tend to a garden.
People need joy, free time, and access to good things to make being healthy doable.
Can you force yourself to work out after a 10 hour shift? Yeah, but to what end? What's going to keep you going? If the choice is drinking beer or working out in the 3 hours you have to yourself, eventually you're going to choose the beer.
This is how the jew make us work our entire lives and then kills us and steals everything.
