The biggest issue that I rarely hear anyone mention is the QOL discrepancy. It's strange no one in the government notices a large increase in subsidies to daycares, or the locations being in non-commercially zoned areas, or other evidence such as a bunch of Somalian names on the forms. At the bottom someone processed all the paperwork and didn't raise any alarm about it and it got passed all the way up the chain approved and processed and funded.
