like they were absent from all missions while in GTA IV you were literally rail-roaded by the story to kill many of them in Niko's story
granted that game was made in 2008 so back then Rockstar wasn't packed with jews, trannies or W*men
it was a game made for men who enjoyed a little violence and mayham, with likeable characters like Niko, Johnny and Luis Lopez
