There's no one size fits all for anyone. You have to go get full hormone testing done.
To change your hormones around you'll have to use drugs that are stronger than anything natural though some supplements can be just as strong as the drugs in certain aspects. You're going to have to play around with stuff to get it right and do retesting. It's not a set it and forgot it thing.
