I'm heavily involved with the AI market, at least in the datacenter sphere. There's no mass extinction event. These guys are over leveraged and they're all about to get hit by regulatory bodies because of the power consumption issue.

They feel threatened by the advancements China is making in AI and want to cause this "extinction scare" to get the normies to demand anti-competition regulations to pressure china with. Then make china the boogeyman for not following their gay regulations.

I don't think it's going to work and it reeks of desperation. Chinks also don't give a fuck about any gay regulations and will continue outpacing jew gaythropic and open gay-i.


tl;dr: it's all fake and gay, ignore it.

Just look at all the open source models they're releasing to fuck with the US's frontier models. They're like 5% worse than the best paid models, but completely free.

And they release a new one like every other week.
