What scarcity? In Africa? Dude, they do much wildlife there, their growing season is longer than just about any place on the planet. The only reason anny human ever faced scarcity in Africa is because of retardation. Abundance and a very stable climate is what produced retarded niggers, they never had to plan ahead to survive in large numbers
