As a white person who owns a car, I have personal experience with parking and possess spatial awareness. This allows me to recognize that given the number of homes, the street would likely become undrivable due to the expected number of parked cars.

The only break in the sidewalk is for the crosswalk. I don't know why OP thinks this is special... he asked a computer to compute and thinks it's some sage prophet. Hopeless.
