Every culture eats with their hands!" Or, take a news story about an underage girl gang-raped by migrants, specifically if it was covered up by the (((media))) - the more heinous, the more likely - and comment "Well, you know, Republican Matt Gaetz was 20 when he sent explicit texts to a 17 year old (conspicuously omit: in a state where 17 is of age)! How is that not that basically the same thing? Hypocrisy!"
