Would Kamala have turned the USA into a surveillanve state in order to prosecute those opposed to forevers wars? Yes.

Did Trump do the exact same thing? Also yes.

Is there *anyone* who has the resources to run for high office that *wouldn't* have done this?

Exactly. Trump was our best shot as he was able to not have to surrender any leverage to win and thus pay them back.

Instead, it only took threats to his life to get him to bend the knee.

If there was anyone better to occupy his exact position, they would have been assassinated already
