I think the strength and beauty of European civilization is equal opportunity, not necessarily equal outcome. Most black people are not intelligent enough to thrive in a white society, but let the ones who are (and who affirm our values, especially caring about what's true) live here and help us. Unfortunately, some people have subverted this system and now the whole thing has gone to shit. If they cannot meet our standards, we must not lower our standards, we must play the bad guy and say that they have to leave.

Not coincidentally, this subversion happens a lot with women, e.g. education and the military. Sometimes I wonder if the root of Jewish degeneracy is that it's a religion dominated by women, in that lineage passes down on the mother's side, they pretend they care about equality while sabotaging everyone around them, they love drowning people in verbal nonsense, and they mutilate their newborn boys but not their newborn girls.
