Look up the NYPD Shomrim Society. They have their own police cars, provided by the City, so they can police their own neighborhoods. You read that correct. They also have their own private ambulances. There's many domestic abuse cases that go completely unreported because they don't recognize the authority of any non-jewish court. They consider themselves above our judgement. We're cattle to them.
