It's worse, actually. The husband owns the apartment they live in via an LLC/ Trust, but she tells the govt that she's a single mom. Then the gov't pays rent to her husband's LLC/ Trust. Ergo, the gov't pays them to live in their own home. They know so many fucking scams, you have no idea.
