> Running a data center typically requires about 0.3 to 0.5 permanent operational jobs per megawatt (MW) of power capacity, translating to roughly several dozen workers on-site, depending heavily on the size, automation level, and type of facility. Small Facilities (1–5 MW): 8 to 15 staff members. Medium Facilities (5–20 MW): 15 to 35 staff members.

According to Google, after the place is built, the only jobs on the ground are "physical facility management" and security. In other words, making sure the servers don't catch fire and making sure nobody breaks in to set them on fire. All the IT work is done remotely in far away places.
