There's no need to plea the bargain down. The court has plenty of evidence to convict. He's in high definition recorded video committing violent assault. Prosecute. You wouldn't reduce charges if a White Nationalist slapped a cameraman out of his face when provoked. You would prosecute to the fullest.
Selective enforcement of the law is Anarcho Tyranny. If jews get to pick and choose when and if they apply the law and actually prosecute, then we live in a corrupt system in which justice is NOT blind at all and is selectively prosecuted and selectively enforced and has inconsistent consequences.
I think people are beginning to learn the justice system is corrupt beyond what they imagined. Even that guy on youtube who can't get his legos back is teaching a whole generation how the system protects corporate interests and cronies and does not operate like a real judicial legal system should.
