It's a dark article, and I have mixed thoughts about the whole situation:

Yes, the media wants women to sympathize with women who murder their children, and this is part of a wider depopulation and demoralization campaign. And I don't believe that insanity is necessarily a good reason to avoid the death penalty. For instance, say we accept the media narrative that Iryna Zarutska's murderer really was insane. So what? He could very well do it again, but our system demands that actual citizens pay for him to rot in jail, or worse, lets him go free.

At the same time, the claims of postpartum psychosis and the 13 medications she was on in 4 months set off alarm bells. In my mind, postpartum depression and psychosis make absolutely no sense: Why would evolution select for women who kill their newborns? I think this is almost certainly a reaction to an overwhelmingly stressful situation in modern society, i.e. the demons who run the world have isolated everyone and made us go insane. I also believe that there are a myriad of practices in hospitals that lead to this, especially vaccination, circumcision, and telling parents to throw their newborn in another room to cry it out on his own. The first two are incredibly cruel, dangerous, and pointless, and not cosleeping means that the child is up all night crying and screaming because he thinks that he's going to die. These all put incredible stress on the parents, and chronic sleep deprivation could very well make a mother go insane. Then there's the issue of prescription pharmaceutical poison running through her veins, possibly including complications from birth control that she took many years earlier.

So, I don't know. If she murdered her children intentionally and then jumped out the window to try to gain sympathy, execute her. And if she was and is legitimately insane, we may not be able to help her anyway, so the merciful option for everyone is still to execute her. The only way I could see her continuing to live in a just society is if she was insane, **and** if this was induced by decades of a poisonous society, **and** if we reasonably believe that we can bring her back. And even then, we would not have a moral obligation to spend all that time and money to do so when we could help so many other people with far less. I'm guessing that true detoxes at her age are rarely possible, unfortunately, and I'm sure that the media will never touch on all of the crucial systemic issues lurking in the background.

unpopular opinion but the criminally insane should be executed

which coincidentally would force us to kill a shitload of niggers and defective retards

Agreed. It's a harshly pragmatic viewpoint, but if people cannot be saved, then they need to be exterminated

In a sense, I agree with you: They are dangerous, and they will probably not get better. However, I would tread carefully in the case of chronic pharmaceutical poisoning, where people trusted their doctors and got betrayed in a horrible way, e.g. OxyContin creating opioid addicts. If we can eradicate the systemic cruelty that caused these people to fall, and if we can also detox the people themselves so they become healthy, functioning members of society, I believe that we should.
