I miss electronic stores like RadioShack back in the 80s, and early 90s where when you walked in, there was at least one competent employee in there that was happy to help you figure out, and correct a problem you were having with something even if they didn’t sell what you needed. They would direct you on what to do and where to seek help. I can remember tipping my local RS guy at least a couple of times through buying a meal at the food court for him because they couldn’t except cash.
