because to a jew the word "jew" from a mouth of a "goyim" feels accusatory
simply put, when you call a jew out, he automatically assosiates the word jew with all sorts of negative connotations, like thief, pedophile, Zionist, usurers the list is endless
that's calling a gypsy a gypsy, or an Indian an Indian... their own ethnicity is the greatest insult to their existence
