no, spacex now has ridiculously prime real estate. it's only a matter of time before mega-structures that dwarf ISS are being built in space. spacex/starlink already has a near monopoly on LEO communication, and spacex will be the first company in human history that breaks the tipping point where it becomes cheaper to just build stuff in space.
