Kamisha Latoya Menns is her name, Jamaican born and currently lives in Belgium, she has a law degree from NYU and has been licensed to practice in New York since 2007.

In 2010 she filed a $30 million racial discrimination lawsuit against the law firm Howrey LLP in Washington DC, and was fired from its Brussels office after complaining about racism.

She faces up to 2 years in prison for these charges in Lithuania and, like Lindsay Clancy, has found women all over the world seeing themselves in her and has huge international support.

The Yamaye Taíno people do not want her to return to their lands, she is a colonist to them and only marauds their resources.
