Vacan religious buildings are usually churches.
Some churches only see activity once or twice a week. Plenty of opportunity to start a fire.
Too many suspects. Many churches serve the poor, needy and insane. Homeless people are firebugs.
Zogbots throughly investigate any desecration to jewish temples. They always catch someone. Serial temple arsonists don't exist.
People attend multiple daily prayers at Mosques. There is always somebody there. Not much opportunity. Plus black people are afraid of muslim retribution.
