Sure does….I don’t wanna say exactly what my vocation is beyond inspecting stuff, but for several years it required me to walk through a pretty badass ghetto for 40 to 60hrs a week all spring and summer by my lonesome, in the winter I had to go into those houses/apartments. I didn’t really stare at them per se, but when I walked up on a gang or some nigger, I’d be very visibly involved in my job until I was about 10ft away, then I’d stare at one of them until we got close enough for a head nod and a “sup”, I wouldn’t look away until I saw that head nod or I passed them. That stare and carrying yourself confidently will keep you safe in an area like that, at least during the day. I wouldn’t fuck around walking through those neighborhoods at night, 100% chance any White dude who did something that stupid would be getting jumped and/or killed, but during the day it worked….it also helped that all of them thought I was a cop anyway.
