The flock cameras don't work on niggers, they are too dark for them to do facial recog on them. Flock is for White and Asians only.
These dumbfuck cops also say they need flock to solve crimes, meanwhile every car made since 1996 has a GPS transponder in it, and they've never used that to solve any crimes, so the fact they've been tracking everyone for decades and not using it for solving murders and child kidnappings shows this surveillance is never for the benefit of the people.
