Appendix carry is the most comfortable concealed carry walking around other than pocket carry, which she can't do.

Chest rigs suck because even a light 1 lb lc9 eventually makes your shoulders sore just from how the angle of the dangle is. Even hip packs get a weird tension because of how it flops around.
