Afaik only a decade ago japan had somewhat of a stringent immigration policy? americans had to prove their value to japanese society either by having massive income

or by being fluent in japanese

but today it seems thier gates are wide open to the garbage of the third world... it won't remain japanese for much longer... (i should hurry and visit there before it becomes another Paris)
