Isreal wants a war with all of its powerful neighbors so they can be the regional power and do whatever they want, expand their borders, kill any and everyone, control trade, whatever it is. Anything in their "Greater Isreal" plan, that has been known about since the 50s dude.

like genuinely Turkey sells them metals, coal, copper, food, fuel you name it
very important essentials by the metric tonnes.
even now where there is a legitimate embargo they still trade (only the turks mark the ship as "Greek" park them in Cyprus and then continue to israel) and the israelis pay the extra goings around rather than buy these essentials from actual greeks
they did switch their fuel imports to Azerbaijan hence why they sold them suicide kamikaze drones to kill Areminian Christians
they import like 1/3 of their fuel from there as of today
and i still consider Azerbaijanis to be honorary turks so its not like much have changed...
