Or you can do like my kid’s private school did and build out in the country and make tuition expensive.

You *might* see one minority per grade level that way.

No need to go out to the middle of nowhere. Build the school right where you are, make tuition high BUT BUT BUT encourage everyone to apply and extend "scholarships" to make it affordable to the people you want. In other words, one price for Whites, another for everyone else.

"Yes, tuition is $20k/ year, but scholarships are available to our most gifted students on a merit basis."

Simple.
