as for taxis yeah all the rideshare apps do not require anything else than a car and car "loincense" which can be faked like their visa imho
in Poland i experienced basically Uber-tier of shitskinnery with Bolt, half the drivers were Mudslims from Russia, and they barely spoke english, had filthy cars and were doing twin rides using 2 different apps so your waiting time got a lot longer because they wanted to make extra money picking 2 passangers at once
i swear i just want a ride share app that's by and for WHITE PEOPLE ONLY and i'm willing to pay top euro for it
