Taiwan

the Xbox Ally X is made in Taiwan (though the assembly itself is made in China because ez slave labor laws)

in terms of pure profitability ASUSTeK Computer (ASUS) makes money on the hardware while Microsoft makes money on the softrware (Windows 11, gaypass etc)

and FYI i got this through a end of the year electronic store sale which gave bigger discounts than fuckin amazog

i'm talking like 870 Euros for for the Xbox ally X (the one with 24GB of DDR5 RAM) which might seem like a lot but i've seen PLENTY of retailers selling it for 1000€ and above so obviously a good deal on my part

also [Asus is the only company which did not shill for Nigger Lives Matter](https://archive.vn/wvWe2) so my money will not be used for niggerly things

I did my due dilligance and its a solid product, the problem is the windows 11 that comes attached to it but you can disable most of the spyware manually once you get your hands on it

it is a suprisingly capable beast, i managed to get pragmata working 1080P high-medium setting with FSR on average 40 FPS

only problem is its battery, it barely lasts two hours so i recommend taking a portable charger with you and just keep it plugged in

i disabled the "Xbox experience" and when i boot up i go straight to the desktop, then steam then straight to business

Fuck Microsoft.
