Another good example. It turns out lynchings then are like law enforcement today - all races are subject to the same laws and rules, but niggers are far and away the worst offenders and thus any equal application of the standard looks like "racism."
The reality is of course: they're not capable of existing in human society when left to their own devices. And like Kellogg's *The Ape and The Child*, we see that they can never rise to the human level, but humans can very easily regress to their level.
