I struggle with this every day. Every day. God sent them a Prophet every 300 to 500 years. Then He sent them Jesus Christ, Who declared Himself the last Prophet. The jews murdered Him, and they haven't declared any new Prophets since -- not one! It's been 2,000 years! They should have taken a hint 1,000 years ago, and yet the persist in denying Christ.

Why does God continue to tolerate their evil? Why does He allow them to ensnare and oppress Christians? Many times I genuinely feel like He's intently refusing to help us out of this situation; that we're going to have to deal with it on our own.

He's given us the foresight and intelligence to see them for what they are, so it's not like we're hapless victims. We can see ourselves being scammed by them. I don't think God is going to stop it any more than he's going wipe our ass for us. He's not going to save us if we jump off a cliff, and He's not going to save us from a bunch of thieving goblins we can stop by ourselves if we weren't such cowards.
