A likely scenario is that a brownskin intentionally spiked her burger with shit. A healthy body should be able to deal with a tiny amount of E. coli--she got a big dose.

A brownoid day laborer took a piss in an onion field instead of walking to the port-a-john. The brownoid mcdonalds worker didnt wash the onions either.
