its actually crazy how affordable life was before the HoloCough and the scamdemic

a fuckin Gyro was **less** than 3 euro, you could eat a filling meal for less than one hour of labor

but after the scamdemic, the infinite zio wars which sole purpose was to tank the price of fuel has brought the cost of living to abusrd highs

i literally have to min-max my grocery shopping because most of my money just goes to food, like i no longer view products by products i look at them like its a fuckin mathemtical equation

>X product contains Y amount of protein for Z amount of Euros worthy of purchase if lower than V amount

and ALSO look at the ingredient list for EVERY, SINGLE, FUCKIN, PRODUCT

you wouldn't believe what products these Christ killers sneak soy into, bread, gum, Chocolate, snacks you name it

even some of the "cheaper" options for milk products like Netherlands condensed milk is done with soy oil

the ones from slavmonkey shitholes (i.e Belarus or Ukraine) contains only milk and sugar

so i have to base my shopping not just via ingredient list but also by region (which country is the least jew'd)

> bread

Make your own at home. It's actually not that hard. If you don't spend the effort to make your own food, then yeah, you have to buy either cheap goyslop or overpriced real food.

>gum, chocolate

If you're min-maxing, why are you buying gum and chocolate?

>snacks

Don't buy "snacks" at the store. Mass-produced "snacks" are slop. If you want to buy these kind of items sometimes, fine, but they should not be a staple of your shopping list.

i've stopped buying goyslops many months ago, and bread i only buy Keto bread which has 2G carbs, 4G protein and 11G fiber

snacks are goyslop too, though i do enjoy crackers with cheese

tis my guilty pleasure goyslop product.

I've been buying groceries online and having them delivered. Shopping online allows me to thoroughly examine the ingredients of every product. The store sells 10s of thousands of products. Only about 50 of them don't contain poison.

you're actually unto something here, shopping online allows me to browse the ingredients list at my leisure

it also makes it extremely easy to see what's on sale and what isn't (since IRL most workers are too fuckin lazy to put a sign and you need to hazard a guess about if its on sale or not)

unfortunately this also leaves you at the mercy of the product collectors, they usually put in some rancid, near experation products because they're incentived to do so (or they simply don't care and grab the nearest product)

this goes esp for fruits and veg

>The store sells 10s of thousands of products. Only about 50 of them don't contain poison

that's pretty much it, i mostly buy meat, dairy, frozen and some canned stuff (usually in salt-water or olive oil)

everything else is poison, from goy kibble, to goycolate, or whatever sugary garbage they put infront of the cattle to consume

I don't buy meat and vegetables online much. Even when I go to the store the produce they're selling is already rotten so I go in person for that. I used to like going to the grocery store. I hate it now. Post-Covid is has become a miserable experience. The area has become so overcrowded the grocery store is packed with people standing shoulder to shoulder in the aisles, full of stinky browns and blacks, parking lot full, doesn't matter what time you go. Only 2 cashier lanes open, line to the back of the store. Self-checkout always fucking up. Just fuck it. My time is worth more than the delivery fee and tip I've come to realize.

Even the meat and dairy contains poison. Meat glue and some other weird shit they inject into the meat to keep it red and wet. I just found out 99% of the butter sold in the USA isn't real butter or contains other chemicals for some reason. I spent 2 hours researching and reading butter labels.

Oh, the most diabolical products are the products labeled organic, natural, whole, real, etc.

Natural ingredients. Petroleum is technically a natural ingredient, put that in the food.

"Made with real X" Made with real [insert ingredient name here]. They make the product with real cheese in the room where it is being made. So it is made WITH real cheese, not out of real cheese, for example. It's not in the food. See? Gotcha!

And seed, soy, and palm oil is in almost everything, including things that shouldn't need anything else whatsoever, like peanut butter.

In the USA there are no laws regulating the food labels so they can technically lie on the labels. If they don't want you to know what it is, they can legally just say it's natural or artificial flavors and that covers it. I'm against government tyranny and overregulation, but I think the executives and majority shareholders of these companies should have done to them and their families what they do to us. That's all. Golden Rule.

If you're using Instacart they are likely scamming you price-wise. Mine is upcharging on almost everything in the store. They also don't list the better value sizes so you're forced to purchase two medium sized units instead of one large one in many cases.

Good to hear! Maybe shopping online right from stores is the way to go.
