From what I hear, the Duke Ferdinand excuse is BS. Can someone educate me on the real reason for World War 1? Was it the jews being jews? And what was their game plan?

Multiple interests at odds.
Prussia had come on on top in a number of wars, leading to the German Empire, and as emerging power, was viewed as a threat to the established order.
The Russian Empire was under internal strain, and trying to hold on to its position. Austria was more or less in the same position.
France was still nursing a grudge from 1870, when Napoleon III. led them into a rather humiliating defeat.
The interests of the Ottoman Empire didn't really matter, as they were already a barely standing basket case at that point.
Britain was the power with perhaps the most jew-coded motivations, doing their usual thing of supporting one side just enough to ensure that they would end up on top, leaving everyone else battered and bruised. Just Perfidious Albion things.
Though they arguably got out-jewed by the United States and their own banking class, as they ended the war considerably weaker than they started it. The British Pound never recovered, paving the way for the US as dominant financial power.
