What they mean to say is that it's good for them insofar as they get to hide in the chaos.

You're not thinking about how jews are hijacking Congress and the military when niggers of every kind are destroying your community.

The chaos they create gives them cover and the excuse to create laws granting special privileges to "minorities" like themselves.
