There in lies the problem. Why should anyone else care at all if she has no family, and/or friends willing to take action, and do the needful. If they don’t care about her enough to do anything, why should we AT THIS POINT? The most I’ll do is use her story to hopefully save others who never think it’s going to happen to them which sadly is still the majority of normy white women.
