They are psyops done by zog. The attacker was allegedly a lebanese man who attempted to go to Lebanon to join ISIS. The problem is that isis does not exist in the middle east anymore. There's plenty of other terrorist groups, but they chose the one that doesn't exist anymore because it was the scariest and most threatening one back when it was a thing. Moreover, it was never in Lebanon period. At no point was ISIS ever established in Lebanon. You would think that someone *from* Lebanon who had sympathies to ISIS would know that there is no ISIS in Lebanon.
But they know that all of the boomers and even the most retarded of the younger generations don't know anything and probably think that Iran funded/funds ISIS. And ISIS is the scariest name from the middle east for retards.

ISIS/Al-Qaeda are the middle eastern versions of the word "nazi" (granted, ISIS and Al-Qaeda are/were actually bad. But I mean more the way these terms hit the average person's mind).
Anything can just be slapped with the accusation of "this was ISIS" and it will be believed, because everyone knows that ISIS *would* do something like this. Everyone remembers back in 2014 when there were mass stabbings, shootings, and bombings in the name of ISIS. The problem is that ISIS is eradicated in the levant. If it were some nigger from Africa doing it instead, it would be more believable. There are no mass casualty attacks carried out by undercover ISIS anymore. They still happen, of course, but now they largely happen for no reason at all. We got a narrative plucked straight out of a news article from 10 years ago with this one. While the US is at war with a Muslim country again. Odd.
But the golem of ISIS was created purposefully and methodically. Iraqis were violently radicalized against the west by their homes being completely destroyed, then a jew dressed in the robes of a caliph came and told them to conveniently attack all of Israel's enemies (the main one was conveniently also an enemy of Iraq, it didn't take much convincing), cause a massive fuss in the west, and encourage war in the middle east again
