In a ring or cage, one on one, I agree the superior grappler will win more often than not. I'd say this kid has approx a year of training and this is the first time he's used it outside of the dojo. Unrefined but skill is developing.

However, he was very lucky there was another White guy there for crowd control- preventing the nigger rapple bleating in the background from gang stomping him. He kept trying for an armbar and that leaves you incredibly vulnerable to any interference. In a streetfight and especially one where the person you are fighting has backup, one needs to avoid taking it to the ground as much as possible.

I learned that lesson the hard way many years ago, outside of a trashy watering hole. Got cheap shotted by some dickhead, shot in quick and dropped him, then got him in a front guillotine choke and leaned back for better leverage. Problem was, he had three other buddies there and I had no back up, so I got badly beaten and KOed and it could've been a lot worse. Fortunately as niggerish as these guys behaved, they were technically White so didn't continue stomping my skull after I was unconscious.

In any case the lesson was worth the experience because as much as jiujitsu is a great martial art, using it in the wild requires everyone involved (and watching) to have honor and let it proceed one on one regardless of the outcome. It's been a while since I've had a fight in the street of any kind but there were a few more after that one and I relied on the thai clinch/knees, judo throws, and damaging strikes to critical areas to end things as quickly and decisively as possible.

Yeah it doesn't look certain. The video quality is terrible, and the kid's skin tone is jumping several shades in either direction depending on where in the video you pause.
