If faggots had normal relationships, HIV would have never had a chance to become a pandemic in the first place. Monogamy is a great way to contain the spread of STDs.

The virus isn't all that contagious to begin with; for anyone having normal relationships, the odds of infection are remarkably low.
If, on the other hand, your entire lifestyle revolves around taking it up the ass from complete strangers on a regular basis, you get what you deserve.
Or you would, if white men's ingenuity and infinite mercy hadn't produced the medication to save you from the consequences of your actions.
