I'm assuming you're referring to how you can tell she's missing teeth, a lot of them. Alcoholism does that too.

Actually I couldn't tell she was missing teeth, I was just going off of some general facial features that meth addicts always seem to have, but now that you mention it, I guess they always have that particular jaw shape because of missing teeth.
