Theres this talk of Google releasing GMO mosquitos that are supposed to vaccinate us with mRNA. This year in my area there is suddenly a 1500% increase in mosquitos and just as this happens two extremely healthy people in my direct vicinity have heart attacks and one dies.

Tick populating has absolutely exploded in my area to such a degree that there is no year in which even remotely compares to this year

Same. It's been a slow build though. Three years ago was the first year we had to do tick protection for our dogs. Went with the collars. Two or three got past the collars for the first time last year. This year it was two or three on each dog within the first month of spring. We've had a few in the house and on ourselves too this year.

We plan on getting a flock of guinea fowl going and see if that helps at all. The chickens sure aren't keeping up anymore. Our property is well maintained and treed and all surrounding properties are heavily wooded. I have no idea where the ticks are coming from.
