The worst thing is these HR commissars are anathema to what the free market was supposed to be. They don't care about output, or value, they're purely political officers who seek to curate and enforce a specific culture in the workplace. And that culture is of course hyper progressive and a poison that will suck dry the company they work for. Not that the executives are any better, they don't care about the long term viability of the company either. They sit the board for several years, carve out a fat severance package by cutting operating costs, and move onto another company before the consequences of their cost cutting affects the quality of their product or service.

I don't know how old you are, but when I was in my teens HR was basically the biggest retard position, basically the secretary, receptionist and initial hiring cunt that looked thru newspapers and shit. Watch old episodes of the office and you'll see how HR was really thought about.

Then move into the 2010s all of a sudden government basically have these fucking dipshits not only the power to fire people for wrong think but to also be able to put them in jail.

This was done on purpose to be able to push green bullshit, climate bullshit and the other Marxist nigger kike holidays like quanzaa, Pride bullshit and juneteenth. Especially with the new carbon tax shit coming in, this is all government "voluntary" shit enforced though hr.

It was to put government policy directly into companies, wether they wanted it or not.
