It seems you must run something on your device to verify your wallet. I don't want to install anything more than a browser extension to use something since even on mobile I can install extensions with Kiwi Browser. That's how I watch cytube channels on my phone.
Personally I always opt for the web version over an app but their privacy policy is quite good compared to almost any other app
