You do realize that you can actually just downsize and still be a single-income house and your wife can do her *actual God given job*?

You're not proposing solutions, you're proposing a continuation. So therefore, you are part of the problem.

I think about downsizing all the time as a responsible man and head of a household ought to. I absolutely agree that her role is to be a stay at home mom and I am always working toward that being a reality. Whether she wants that or not I know that if I made enough to make that a reality for her that she would do it. I am always weighing my options and figuring out what is best for the family. As of right now we are sitting on a perfect plot of land that we can afford and our children do and will benefit from greatly. Do you have White children?
