There are a plethora of reasons why but I’ll just contribute one: the SSRIs they take make them look more homely. Receding hairline, developing more prominent peach fuzz, plus it inclines them to retain resting bitch face.
I think this is actually the biggest reason; modern women spend so much time being bitchy that their face gets stuck.
