The USA should at least colonize Mexico and take control of the government. Mexico should be an American territory.

Mexico has oil. There's good, basic mineral riches buried under the land too.

They're just not as developed.

There are some nicer parts of Mexico, mostly around the coasts.

The northern part is a desert and the southern part is a jungle so they're shitholes though.

I'll say this, Baja California is wasted on them. We should be stewards of that gorgeous coastline.

There's a trillion dollars worth of wealth on those beaches.
