What even is this graph? Why are the two data points exactly the same when one is labelled as a percentage? What are the red points supposed to be? Total Muslims in Europe? So there's currently only 9? The numbers look like they correspond to the percentage, but Europe definitely had more than ~0% Muslims in 1900 because the Balkans have had a large Muslim population for centuries. So is this graph only for western Europe? Which countries specifically? Is it actually only for one country? Some actual information would be way more useful than whatever this is.
