Fine. Will have two hospital systems - one with board-certified doctors who've passed the MCAT, and the hodgepodge "at least they look like me" who, assumedly, didn't pass the MCAT otherwise they'd be part of the first group. You can have any doctor from the second group.

It shouldn't have to be this way, but I bet that is coming. In fact I think it already exists, really, in the "non-Western medicine" fields. Go see a fuckin ooga booga witch doctor and stay out of our hospitals if you want your "cultural medicine."

When I finally got a family doctor after years on a waiting list, I was really stressed to see it was a hyphenated name with one of the two sounding foreing as fuck, fearing I would get some non-White DEI hire.

Thankfully the doctor is White. Half foreing White, but 100% White, and speaks the local accent so was raised here.
