Believe it or not, but employee wages are the LOWEST expense for any food slop franchise. They spend more on inventory and utilities because they have no leverage over their suppliers or the electric company, but they screw over desperate people with "take-it-or-leave" wages. You need millions to start a goyslop franchise, but it's otherwise a license to print money.
